Having trouble thinking of some.
I think it's kind of balanced; it's true if you take every quirk there you can have a tank with the best possible gun, armour and speed, but...
The goal is to have a list of "Perks" that are things you look at and think "I want them all!" and a list of "Quirks" that are all things that make you cross yourself, and you can't have what you want without taking something you don't.

Mayne 1009 - 14.7.68 Beyer Garratt N° 1009 stands at the northern end of Mayne Locomotive Depot on 14th July 1968. The engine was en route from Rockhampton to Ipswich for ultimate display in the Redbank Museum. Mayne closed as a steam depot before the year’s end. The Brisbane General Hospital buildings are in far right of the picture.

C17 Nº 33 has just arrived with 375Dn goods from Yarraman while in the back road C17 Nº 990 raises steam in preparation for its 5.15PM departure with 383Dn passenger to Ipswich.
