Sometimes, perfectly grown men will run around chasing each other with cameras while snapping action shots...it's perfectly normal....rite?...perfectly normal...

2- and 5-minute quick sketches in oil. i need to modify my rubout technique a little to make it quick enough to do these. but after a year off of oil paint, it sure does feel nice.

 

this guy was an excellent model. used to do martial arts and currently firedances--like with a big 5 foot darth maul staff with torches at both ends. now *that* would be fun to paint.
