Our Toner Refill Tool is an excellent tool for the cartridges where the factory fill hole is difficult to access. It is a lot easier to do the refill.  We suggest you buy this tool because It makes a clean 3/4" hole without producing shavings that can fall into the cartridge.

OFL delegates marched along Queen and Yonge Streets in Toronto, calling on the province to raise the minimum wage to $14. We also demonstrated solidarity with legal aid workers seeking union recognition, with QMS couriers trying for a first contract, and many members marched to hold an impromptu rally outside Richtree Restaurant in the Eaton Centre, which closed down, fired workers trying to organize and re-opened a few feet away.

The subsequent drill displays were design to build up team work and squad spirit, and pride in the Corp to which you now belonged. You were expected to be aware of current affairs because fellow servicemen often served abroad and their activities were often reported in the press or other current news stories could lead to their deployment. Therefore, during inspections you could be questioned on newspaper stories and the Corps history by the inspecting officer. Drill took place on the main parade ground in North Barracks or in the Drill shed if the weather was really bad. Wednesday was usually C.O parade. The C.O (Commanding Officer), Adjutant, and RSM (Regimental Sergeant Major) would usually inspect one of the squads on parade. This was done by the RSM giving the order, for example “768, 769 Squad and JE 9 stand fast” remainder carry on. The other squads would be inspected by their own squad officer or drill instructor. At the end of the inspection a march past would take place where the senior officer would take the salute from the Dias. This was sometimes followed by a march around the town exercising our Freedom of the Borough with bayonets fixed. The Depot often had VIP visitors who would attend these parades and take the salute, among them in December 1961 was the representative Colonel Commandant ( General Sir John Westall) The Commandant General (Lieutenant General Sir Ian H. Riches, KCB, DSO), and the Commander-in-chief Home Fleet (Admiral Sir Wilfred Woods, KCB, DSO).
On completing training at the Depot we had our passing out parade having been prepared by our revising 1st Drill QMS G.G.Wood. We then marched to the Deal Railway Station with the Royal Marine Band playing Old Lang Syne, to catch the train to Portsmouth for our two weeks seamanship training on HMS Sheffield and HMS Bellerophon together with a visit to Royal Marine Barracks at Eastney to see some specialist training taking place there.

Timmergreens Primary School was the Arbroath High School Cluster winner of the Be an Inventor competition in June, 2011 (but see below). The event was sponsored by QMS Weatherford. The winning team is pictured here with their recycling bin invention. (The picture was originally named Hayshead, but the caption referred to Timmergreens. If I've 'corrected' the wrong way, please let me know!)
