These photos were taken during the anti-G8 protests in Germany, 2007. A wide variety of leftist protestors converged in Rostock to highlight issues of global inequality as the leaders of the world's most powerful industrial nations gathered to conspire against the rest of the world. As germany still has a strong nazi movement, faces have been pixellated to protect the identities of those involved.
Fred Putz of Magic Hand Puppet Theater helped children create a cloth hand puppet with felt-covered head.
Church Puppets
Back when I was real young my dad was still a preacher. On Sunday's I got dropped off in this room at church. This was my first experience of church, watching this puppet show happen. I can't tell you too much of what the puppets were saying because they freaked me the *$#$ out!

This elegant puppet stands on top of one of the cupboards at work. I guess she is from somewhere in South Asia.
