Been researching the almost unbelievable, near miraculous tiny chemical ‘machines’ that are in us by the billions... and make us functional... Dyneins and Kinesins. To have your mind blown check out the few basic visual explanations on YouTube...

American robin with food for the little ones. The robin family and the catbird family have nests near each other in the abelia bush. it's nice to see the two bird species getting along so well. Backyard bird.
Cedar waxwings snacking on tent caterpillars, taking some of the silken tent webbing along with the caterpillars. The remains of the caterpillar nest can be seen below the birds. Wildwood Park, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
As if the Rose Robin wasn't enough, I turned around and there was what must be one remaining female Flame Robin. She is obviously on a high protein diet building up strength for her journey ahead.

Rio & Ginny our Quaker parrots love eating egg. It's a good source of protein so especially beneficial coming up to the breeding season. I hard boil a chicken egg & give them a small amount each day chopped up in a dish. I store the left over boiled egg in the fridge, each one lasts them about 4 days. For Macro Mondays theme "Egg" HMM!

1 scoop Whey Protein Powder (sugar free sweetened with splenda)
1 Tbsp Mega Greens Powder
1 Tbsp Liquid Amino Acids
1 Tbsp Flaxseed Oil
1/2 cup Frozen Peaches (or strawberries) (unsweetened)
40 drops Green Tea Extract
A little ice & water

A little ship moc i have had waiting for a photo opportunity for a while..... The seed part was the Train front, so i started from the back and Went forward......
It was fun to use those fronts, and incorporate them into a little ship. The overall shape pleased me, and made for a satisfactory build.
I did not have a plan for the ships use when i created it, but the colors made me think of protein, therefor it of course carries that!! ;-))
