“Collaboration Beach Clean Up Activity”.
We all know that environmental protection is among the more relevant topics today, and rightly so. Our government and various environmental organizations are exerting the necessary effort to protect our environment. Needless to say, we cannot simply rely on them and be passive. We have to do our part. And that is precisely why we have this sunday program.
Yes, this is not an everyday activity; yes, this will not end pollution and global warming. However, this could be the beginning of something that can become an everyday activity, something that could counter or slow down global warming.
In any case, this is the beginning of a new awareness that each one of you, each one of us, can do our part in protecting and saving our environment.
We should keep in mind that our efforts should not end here. We have to make saving our environment a part of our everyday mission, from throwing our garbage into their proper place, to minimizing the use of environmentally harmful substances.
We have to always remember that the environment is God’s gift to us.
I would like to quote a message from Pope Francis:
“I exhort everyone to see the world through the eyes of God the Creator: the earth is an environment to be safeguarded, a garden to be cultivated”
Many thanks to our friends from Team YP ( OFW dancer Singapore ) and UNIQUE VOLLEYBALL TEAM for supporting us and making this possible! Salute to all of you!
Grounding plays a very important role in the protection of buildings and equipment against direct lightning strikes as well as surges from indirect strikes.Grounding rod or earthing rod is a rod that is driven into the ground to provide electrical connection to the ground. They efficiently and safely carry current away from a circuit in the event of an electrical surge. Every grounding rod requires GAF to create a low resistance earth interface making it easier and less expensive to prevent lightning damage. For any queries feel free to contact us at: www.lightningprotection.com/grounding-rod-can-save-your-l...

Unity College students got a healthy dose of service on the annual alternative spring break trip. The nine day trip saw students opt out of traditional spring break plans and instead volunteer at organizations across Maine. They maintained trails in Waldo County, built a home for Habitat for Humanity in Portland, worked at the Volunteer Regional Food Pantry, and more. Photos from Kelly Barber and Rae Vander Werf.

I decided to make a quick run through Wynwood on my way down to the Red Bull Flugtag in Miami when I ran across this piece. I had to park my truck to get out to grab this.

A protection officer has just removed a points clip from the up main, after the day's work has finished. Due to resleepering on the main lines, all trains were run via the up and down refuges. The worksite was protected by using point clips to lock turnouts set for the refuges.
