Doctors tell that cancer starts when cells in the gland become abnormal. In the abnormal cells, mutations start and cause the abnormal cells to grow and replicate. It continues to live in case other cells die. The accumulation of cells will form a tumor that grows later on. It can break off as well as spread to other body parts.
