Yeah I should have stood a bit more to the side...
Here I am in front of the Upper Falls. The Yosemite Falls are in three sections - upper, middle and lower. I have already hiked up about half the total elevation by this point.
Here are my P38 proof marks. These will be on my Walther P38. The color of the background is the main color for my P38. The one on the left is the nazi proof mark... pretty much on every WWII nazi weapon. The middle one is the Walther proof marks. Now i just made them how they are, because i can't get a good ref pic of them... and this is what it looks like in the big pic (i had to squint to see em) so i'm just having these. If you have a p38 and know the manf proof marks plz share with me :D and on the right is the serial code.... a basic code you know...

I usually drive by the University heating plant on Dayton each morning on the way to work where clouds of exhaust are billowing in the winter sky.
I had the pleasure of shooting this teeny, tiny, sweet newborn today. I did mommy's maternity shots not too long ago, and now Miss K is ready to meet the world! I love all her little tiny details...new baby skin, wrinkles, bright eyes...everything! Congrats mom and dad!
I had the chance to shoot this adorable baby today! So smiley and happy with those big blue eyes...she found her thumb after awhile and then nodded off to sleep :)
Yes, that's right...a somewhat foldable 5 month old! It rocked!

“Robert Gschaar (March 8, 1946 – September 11, 2001) presented a $2 bill to Myrta Alvarado when he asked her to marry him. Describing their romance as second chance for two people who had been married before, he placed a second symbolic $2 bill in his own wallet. On September 11, 2001, Robert was on the 92nd floor of the South Tower of the World Trade Center where he had recently begun a new job as an insurance underwriter at Aon Corporation. He spoke with Myrta on the telephone after the first plane hit and said he was evacuating and would call her back later. She never heard from him again. When the NYPD’s World Trade Center Property Recovery Unit notified Myrta that Robert’s wallet had been found, Myrta felt the $2 bill inside yielded the proof that she needed to accept her husband’s death.”
The shadows are created by the strong sunlight shining through the windows of the display area.

The proofs arrived for my first five prints to be sold in my online shop, which is pretty exciting. The first run will be Signalera, 1976, Dagger Woods, Munich and Commodore 64. They are all 18" x 24".
The colors turned out nice and bright on a semi-gloss stock, and the shapes are super sharp.

Today was a busy, busy day. Prepping for a little photo class I'll be teaching locally. Prepping the studio space where said class will be held (painting walls cheery colors). Getting ready for a big trip. It was a productive, tiring day.
Here is ME. No make. Tired. Noisy small people in the background. Proof.
Arm's length is my go-to selfie, so it seems an appropriate start. Tried to do a bit something new though. Here's to branching out in many ways this year.
I can exclusively reveal this HARD EVIDENCE of the existence of unicorns! Seen in the wood as I was taking my children round a village fete where they had just won a toy ... uh, never mind. UNICORNS ARE REAL.
'Madam Life's a piece in bloom' by W.E. Henley: the proof sheet and the type used to print it, side by side. The proof contains an error in the eighth line which has subsequently been corrected in the forme.
