If you can stomach a movie like this, go see it.
Just not with your mother.
There are a few less-than-pretty scenes.

The Titan Prometheus portrayed in the center, seated, is intent on observing his creature: the man, still an inert clay puppet, rigidly stretched out at his feet: life, the soul, has not yet been yet infused in his body. And even though Eros and a Cupid push and force Psyche, the soul, she does not want to enter that body with pleasure,

In Greek mythology, Prometheus (Ancient Greek: Προμηθεύς, "forethought")[1] is a Titan, the son of Iapetus and Themis, and brother to Atlas, Epimetheus and Menoetius. He was a champion of mankind, known for his wily intelligence, who stole fire from Zeus and gave it to mortals.[2] Zeus then punished him for his crime by having him bound to a rock while a great eagle ate his liver every day only to have it grow back to be eaten again the next day .
His myth has been treated by a number of ancient sources, in which Prometheus is credited with – or blamed for – playing a pivotal role in the early history of mankind. Wikipedia

> Surface mission is going as planned. The planet has no atmosphere and
> consists mainly of sand. Littered through the sand we found weird
> crystalloid shapes. At first we thought they were non-organic in type.
> However as soon as we came closer the structures lit up as if alive.
> Suddenly there was color everywhere. Against my advice several
> members of our team touched what can only be described as flowers.
> Several of them immediately jumped back as if being jolted.
> They also complained about a burning sensation upon touching the

This is a picture of Mount Prometheus at Disney Sea in Tokyo. It was pouring rain so this shot was hard to get. Not to mention the fact that they dont allow tripods. If fact, I got caught by security taking this shot and he not only made me take the camera down but he wouldn't leave until I physically removed the camera from the tripod.
While I don't know anything about Prometheus (except for how he looks) I still felt like making him, enjoy.
Arriving at Shipyard No. 3, there are several things to photograph. First, is the dock where the Prometheus Leader and other car-carriers dock and unload cars to be shipped across the U.S. by rail.

Sand tufa formations at Mono Lake in California.
You can't tell from the picture but these fragile structures are only inches tall and get their shape from winds stripping away their sandy coverings. I was lying down, crawling or sitting in order to get different handheld shots with low camera angle and only centimeters away with the sun setting behind them.
This is 3 shots blended together for focus. At first I was a little hesitant about blown-out sun but then it grew on me.
This was taken on a first day of tour with Marc Adamus - whom I am forever grateful for his infinite knowledge, vision, mentorship and friendship.
USCSS Prometheus from the movie "Prometheus"
Say what you will about the movie, but the exploring vessel USCSS Prometheus is a really cool movie ship. I love its look and its four huge engines. Its got all the right equipment for exploring from its various antenna arrays and sensor dishes to it's ability to hall large cargo and ground vehicles. When the going gets tough don't worry you can escape in your shuttle that is pimped out with everything you need to survive on your own.
Has a lift that lowers on the bottom and a removable shuttle craft on top rear. More photos coming to show this off.
