This evening I took the train over to the Wairarapa where Rik is house and petting sitting for our friends. He met me at the station and, as we were driving to the house we noticed the gorgeous sunset. So we stopped by the river to take some photos.

Leaving Baltimore and took this of the downtown skyline.

I came across some photos of a project from last year. I was asked to put together the parts for a model of Poole Bus Station for someone to build. (Not really my sort of thing at all)

I duly designed, printed and dispatched it. To keep the costs reasonable I only actually built a trial of a small part of it - these are the photos, which several months on don't look too bad at all!

The whole model comes out at over four feet long (!!!), and takes an amazing amount of card, but if anyone fancies a crazy challenge then let me know.

An unclassified image of the Aurora craft. This black budget military craft is said to have antigravitic technology as well as Moon flight capabilities.

This is included in UFO Evidence as it could easily be confused with off-world origin craft.

Dwight Eisenhower's granddaughter recently discussed Ike's final address to the nation in which he warned, openly, sternly, of the 'military industrial complex'. She plainly stated that Ike edited his words because of his good feelings for his congressional progress late in his presidency. He had initially termed this conspiracy of technology as the 'Congressional Military Industrial Complex' .

Providing more valuable insight from Dr Michael Wolf via Dr. Richard Boylan:

Wolf also reported, "President Clinton has had a briefing on the Aurora [SR-33A] space plane ," which operates out of Area 51. The Aurora "runs on liquid methane, and has antigravity on board," [information identical to what retired Air Force Colonel Donald Ware also passed on to this writer from a three-star general.] Wolf says that the Aurora goes the Stealth planes one better. "It carries an electro-magnetic-pulse weapons system on board, which can knock out tracking radar." He also disclosed, "It can go to the Moon!" And added a tantalizing further hint, "The U.S. has 'something' on Mars [besides the Rover]."

The Eastern Hellbender Juvenile Habitat Restoration project is funded through the State Wildlife Grant Program to assess survival in juveniles receiving an enriched captive environment and enriched juvenile habitat in the Blue River, IN. This research project is with the Indiana DNR and the Purdue Aquaculture Research Lab at Purdue University. In addition, 167 juvenile hellbenders will continue to be reared at the Purdue aquaculture facility and be released in 2017 as part of the reintroduction program.

The overarching goals of this research are to assess the historical eastern hellbender habitats for potential reintroductions and reintroduce captive reared juveniles into a former portion of their native range. The specific goals of the project include conducting eDNA screening, habitat suitability assessments, and estimating post-release survival using radio-telemetry. Ultimately, the results of this research could influence management decisions to repatriate eastern hellbenders throughout portions of its former range within Indiana and prevent extirpation.

In early 2002, in a justified act of revenge, I stole my friend Andrea Zink's bra. You know, that fleshy, beige-coloured bra all girls own for under white or sheer tops.

I began a campaign to photograph as many friends, acquaintances and even family in the bra. Then I sent the photos to people I knew around the globe with as a postcard template which they printed out and mailed back to Andrea, convincing her that her bra was on a walkabout around the world—torturing her from each locale.

Andrea hated it. One day, figuring I must've been the cause of all this, she marched into my office and threw a particular postcard (#002 to be precise) at my head and yelled "Make it stop!"

I did not.

[edit] Early life

Born as Princess Maud of Wales at Marlborough House, London as the daughter of The Prince of Wales (later King Edward VII), the eldest son of Queen Victoria and heir apparent to the British throne. Her mother was the then Princess of Wales, Princess Alexandra of Denmark.

Princess Maud was christened at Marlborough House by John Jackson, Bishop of London, on 24 December 1869. Her godparents were the King of Sweden and Norway; Prince Leopold, Duke of Albany; the Landgrave of Hesse; Prince Victor of Hohenlohe-Langenburg; Adelaide, the Duchess of Nassau; Marie, the Princess of Leiningen; Grand Duchess Marie Feodorovna (later empress); Crown Princess Louise of Denmark; and Cecilia, the Duchess of Inverness.

She was a high-spirited child, a quality that earned her the nickname Harry. Princess Maud of Wales took part in almost all the annual visits to the Princess of Wales's family in Denmark and later accompanied her mother and her sisters on cruises to Norway and the Mediterranean. She, along with her sisters Princess Victoria and Princess Louise, received the Imperial Order of the Crown of India from Queen Victoria on 6 August 1887. Like her sisters, Princess Maud also held the First Class of the Royal Order of Victoria and Albert and a Dame Grand Cross of the Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem.

[edit] Marriage

On 22 July 1896, Princess Maud married her first cousin, Prince Carl of Denmark, in the private chapel at Buckingham Palace. Prince Carl was the second son of Crown Prince Frederick of Denmark, Queen Alexandra's elder brother, and Princess Louise of Sweden. The bride's father, the Prince of Wales, gave her Appleton House on the Sandringham Estate, as a country residence for her frequent visits to England. It was there that the couple's only child, Prince Alexander, was born on July 2, 1903.

Prince Carl was an officer in the Danish navy and he and his family lived mainly in Denmark until 1905. In June of that year, the Norwegian parliament, Storting, dissolved Norway's one hundred year-old union with Sweden and voted to offer the throne to Prince Carl. Following a plebiscite in November, Prince Carl accepted the Norwegian throne, taking the name of Haakon VII, while his young son took the name of Olav. King Haakon and Queen Maud were crowned at the Nidaros Cathedral in Trondheim on June 22, 1906, the last coronation of a Scandinavian monarch.

[edit] Royal life

Queen Maud never lost her love of Britain, but she quickly adapted to her new country and duties as a queen consort. She supported charitable causes, particularly those associated with children and animals, and gave encouragement to musicians and artists. She learned to ski and arranged for an English garden at Kongsseteren, the Royal lodge overlooking the nation's capital Oslo. Queen Maud's last public appearance in Britain was the coronation of her great nephew, King George VI, in May 1937. She sat in the royal box at Westminster Abbey next to her sister-in-law Queen Mary and her niece the Princess Royal, Countess of Harewood.

Maud also acquired a reputation for dressing with fashionable chic. An exhibition of numerous items from her elegant wardrobe was held at the Victoria and Albert Museum in 2005.

[edit] Later life

Maud died of heart failure in London on November 20, 1938, only days before her 69th birthday, three days after an operation. Her body was returned to Norway on board the HMS Royal Oak, the flagship of Second Battle Squadron of the Royal Navy's Home Fleet. Queen Maud was buried in the royal mausoleum at the Castle of Akershus.

For a uni project I had to create a piece of limited edition packaging for 5 golf balls which also acts as an invitation for the opening of Donald Trumps Intenation Golf Links in Aberdeen. Its made up obviously, although the golf course is real.

As there was 5 golf balls, 5 letters in Trumps name and also 5 things which I had to communicate on the package(sender, reciever, exclusivity, location and the event) - I made the package a pentagon.

The package is printed on 'golf ball' textured paper and is is reinforced with cardboard and lined inside with speciality green card, the doors stay shut with magnets

Project Faultless

January 19, 1968

A nuclear detonation was conducted below this spot at a depth of 3,200 feet. The device, with a yield of less than one megaton, was detonated to determine the environmental and structural effects that might be expected should subsequently higher yield underground test be conducted in the vicinity.

No excavation, drilling and/or removal of material is permitted without U.S. Government approval within a horizontal distance of 3,300 feet from the surface ground zero location (Nevada State Coordinates N1,414,340 and E629,000 Nye County, Nevada.) Any reentry into U.S. Government drill holes within this horizontal restricted area is prohibited.

What else took place that day:

"Project Faultless was detonated 3,200 feet underground on January 19, 1968 at 10:15am.

The results were devastating! The force of the explosion caused the ground in a radius of several miles to collapse, and created several deep fault lines that despite some "restoration" efforts by the AEC are still visible today. A steel pipe with a diameter of 7.4 feet had been drilled into the ground to place the bomb. Its top end was level with the surface before the test. After the explosion the top 9 feet of the pipe were exposed, due to the ground collapsing.

The blast also created a huge cylindrical underground cavity, a so-called nuclear rubble chimney. It is approximately 820 feet in diameter, and 2,460 feet in height. At its bottom lies over 500,000 metric tons of highly radioactive rubble, with radiation levels similar to the core of a nuclear reactor.

The completely unpredicted disastrous geological damage led to the cancellation of the entire project. The steel pipe was sealed with concrete, and all other sites that were being prepared for more, even more powerful tests were abandoned. The excavations can still be seen nearby. A bronze plaque reminding of the test was affixed to the top of the steel pipe, which now serves as a memorial, marking Ground Zero of the Project Faultless test.

The center of the blast, deep inside the ground, is contaminated with radiation for thousands of years. But it appears that the surface is relatively "clean", and it is safe to visit the site. However, the plaque prohibits digging in the area, or even picking up material from the ground."
