AFGHANISTAN — U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Transatlantic Division leaders joined Afghanistan Engineer District-North project managers, construction representatives, resident engineers and other Corps of Engineers staff in Wardak Province to tour Afghanistan National Police Training Center facilities. Both houses are of three storeys with a single sash window on each floor and the ground floor doors have semi-circular arches. An extension has been built to the right with identical sash windows and an open ground floor to allow vehicle access.

  

As you can see, the former houses are painted in sky blue paint.
