In celebration of UOB’s 90th anniversary and Singapore’s 60th year of independence, UOB Plaza 1 is lighting up a projection show of artworks and animation from 28 June to 9 August 2025.
Continuing my Astro Projection vision...
On one painterly after-sunset the other day, I had an out-of-body and lens experience on cityscapes of Toronto... and have been transported instantly into these cosmic dimensions that mixed all elements together as if it's a painterly whirlpool nebulae if some sort...
...all brought to you by my manual zoom and ICM magic :-)
*Added a thin layer of textures to reinforce the feel, but other than that it's a SOOC image, manual zooming & intentional camera movement during long exposure, no other processing involved.

Craig Winslow, an innovative artist from Oregon, used Adobe software to restore images of five of Winnipeg's faded and obscured ghost signs, and he recently projected the resultant images over the old ghost signs on the original buildings. Here is the projection/simulation of the Milady Chocolates ghost sign including the lettering below. Winslow also sequentially projected the lettering of a Crockery's ghost sign that occupied the same space at another time.
I have photographed this ghost sign as it exists today but apparently have not posted it. A photograph of the sign is, however, contained in the article linked below. If you click the link, you might want to also click the link by Craig Windslow's tweet to see some of the other signs that he did in Winnipeg.
