Tanga makes sure to involve employees in all things that they do. A few of the unique things they do is put employee's baby pictures on the wall, create movie posters to show what projects the company is working on, include all employees names on each movie poster, and last year, flew all employees and their families to Disneyland.
Tanga recently told their customers of their move to a bigger space and sent top customers pre-paid shipping labels to help them decorate by sending them anything (truly anything) that they felt represents Tanga.

The Abu Dhabi exhibition stand at the 2012 World Travel Market.
Cardboard tube used to make exhibition stands? It's surprisingly strong and versatile - look at Shigeru Ban's work to see it used wonderfully as an architectural component. Abu Dhabi's calligrapher at this year's World Travel Market made himself comfortable at our cardboard tube desk, and the tubes doubled up as a storage device for poster giveaways. We had fun finding other sustainable materials to make up our Abu Dhabi Five Senses Zone - bamboo veneer, recycled glass chunks and Molo's seductive seating elements made from paper.

This sketchnote outlines some of the key points from Harvey Maylors "Project Management" book – 4th edition.
Projects are broken down into Stages and Tasks. Stages are the milestones or goals desired. Tasks are the discrete activities needed to complete the stage.
Day 17 of 100 Days Envizualized.
This shopping list is all about function. I needed to generate a list of groceries in a hurry.
Somehow, creating a list this way works better for me than making a linear list.
This image is part of 100 Days Envizualized, a project where I upload visual notes that I create on 100 consecutive days. To check out the other notes, go here
An eBook will be available of all 100 days worth of notes, with annotation, once the 100 days are over.
Here’s an example of a WBS I created before I moved. Full disclosure: my estimates were off!

Use the “T” when you need to get consensus—or discussion about issues—quickly. You can write directly on a board or have participants write responses on sticky notes and then cluster them.

Giving each customer the WOW factor is key to business success and the BlueCamroo CRM system can help you deliver. Some studies say it costs up to 10x as much to acquire a new customer as to retain an existing one, so why not have a system in place that can give your entire team the information they need to deliver great service.

On Monday I was in the office all day. Was one of those days where I got up in the hotel room at like 4:00 am, jumped on some calls in the UK, then went to the office and had a full day in the auditorium while stepping out occasionally for other calls and meetings. It's crazy busy every time I go to Denver. While I was there I had some meetings with old aquaintances and I came across this cartoon in one of the cubicle offices. I think it's just hilarious; being in sales and involved with projects and everything I just think this little gag cartoon is a riot. It doesn't make for a great picture of the day but it's a memory for the year.

“Balancing work, life, and school was certainly a challenge,” he said. “Fortunately, the convenient class schedule helped ensure that I didn't get too far behind. Practical courses, engaging instructors, and a diverse group of students made the learning experience feel more like fun than work.”
