Some highlights from the region: A Chandigarh architecture studio stakes its claim in the metaverse with a new digital design playground, while another team is bringing cheetahs to India—70 years after the big cat was declared locally extinct. One team built an app letting users translate their social media posts in nearly half of India’s 22 official languages (with more on the way). And another created a digital ecosystem that gives even the smallest Indian companies the fintech tools they need to compete.
