#fmsphotoaday #project366 249: Bright

324.366 (11/19/20)

This is a shot of the "wee tiny sock" I received in the latest swap. Denise also sent me a pattern for a "snow bear" and a kit for a very "wee tiny" bear. I've never made a bear this small, so I accepted the challange and got right to work. He needs to be stuffed and put together, and he needs ears and a face. I think he is going to be very cute.

Updates Going Back In Time

Schools look a bit different than when I was in a uniform, thankfully. My kids' school, like most I see around the place, is covered in bright paintings and well-tended gardens.

My school days were spent in places that looked like penitentiaries, all centred around a sweltering black moonscape we called the parade ground. A lot of schools ripped up the bitumen and grassed it over, but my kids' school doesn't seem to have ever had a parade ground. They miss out on the excitement of seeing other kids fainting, not to mention fainting themselves. I never hit the ground during parade, but I came pretty close a couple of times.

My twin granddaughters (born 12/27/11) on New Year's Eve. Healthy preemies that just need to gain more weight.

Wired Xbox 360 controller for Windows (which coincidentally is exactly the same item as the wired Xbox 360 controller for the console).

Im shooting pics tonight so I've been super stressed about the preparation and work flow. This morn my BF went against our rule and got me a Vday gift anyway... A family size battery charger and batteries! Only the Flickr friends would realize how great this gift is!

lol, too much to drink and we pulled the Citronella bark collarr off Cruiser and gave it a try to make sure it was working, we all got a good shot of Citronella

LOL

This is my Sony DSC-HX100V, which replaced my Nikon 1 J1, which had barely replaced my Sony DSC-HX9V not 7 weeks ago.

107/366 - Found this guy outside today. Guess he was thirsty. I often wonder what goes through my 4yo's mind while she is playing...
