I did a little shopping today for jammies and comfie clothes, and lookee what I found! I'm a happy kid!
I love comic book noises. Apparently this explosion is supposed to sound different from a normal Ka-Boom explosion.
My favorite is when it's a full two page spread with the non-words "KRAK-KA-BOOOOOOM" filling up the two pages.
In my many hours of spare time, I am tackling various projects at home. I started straightening out the garage the other day. My Dad lived in this house most of his life, and he built the garage around l970, I think. He was a bit of a hoarder, so this is a massive job. While straightening up, I noticed this poster on the wall in the workshop area. If it is original, it is from 1847. My paternal great grandfather built the house I live in (of course, the garage was not there then). The items being auctioned off belonged to my maternal great grandfather.
Had a bit of trouble with bambino latching on with breastfeeding, so daddy has given him his first bottle & he loved it. Completely conked out after!
Mexican Fiesta and New Year's celebrations with my bestie by the pool at her Mum's place. Good food, great people, awesome fun.
she really isn't a kitten anymore, but we have called her baby kitten since we got her. Now that she isn't a kitten anymore it seems silly to call her that, but that's her name now.
I am sure that a picture of having pizza with Sara and Jason would have made for a much better picture, but alas. I did not remember to take out my camera until we got home. It could be because we were having so much fun laughing and blowing off steam. That means, instead, you have to look at the picture of my unpainted orange bathroom. Here are all the supplies just waiting to be used! One of these days I'll get around to it.
Wharf Rat Rally means the traditional chrome selfie. Karen photobombed the shot, times two. Bill was nowhere to be seen...
