On May 12 it's ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia International Awareness Day.
In 2019, on May 11, we did the theme 'Blue for You' for the first time in my group Smile on Saturday! :-).
The text I wrote at the time for that theme still stands... nothing has changed...
I am constantly in pain. Yes, constantly. Every single second.
The pain is still there when I don't talk about it.
The pain is still there when I am smiling.
The pain is still there when I am joking.
The pain is there as I write these words...
I'm exhausted from fighting my way through every single day.
I'm exhausted from trying to be stronger than I feel.
I'm exhausted from trying to hide my tears from the people I love...
But yet... it's LOVE that keeps me going.
It's LOVE that still makes me hope that one day...
I will feel alive again.

Four of my largest crochet hooks and I hope they're in order!! Also gave it a bit of a "wash" to cheer it up a bit.
Better viewed large and thank you for your favourites. :)

We must protect it for the sake of our own survival.

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. It’s not really a thing over here in Germany.
I first wanted to post this picture in color but I wasn’t feeling it. Depression is running me over at the moment. It’s hard to keep up with anything. But since I missed out on so many themes before I wanted to do I really needed to do this one.
Not much people know about my depression cuz usually I’m hiding it behind my fake smiling face. I’m pretty good at that.
I deeply wanted to apologize to everyone commenting on my pictures for the lack at getting back to you. That bothers me a lot because I really appreciate all your comments.
From my mother-in-law's old box of buttons...
Buttons in at least four different sizes.

Thanks to everyone who took the time to view, comment, and fave my photo. It’s really appreciated. 😊
I've tried to work out what the Mum and Dad's expression says. The puppy I'm sure is looking for re-assurance.
Suggestions are welcomed.

Four graduated size binder clips, large up to very small. I clipped them together and kind of skewed them and liked them that way instead of in a straight upward line.
A nested set of six measuring cups with colorful handles, varying in size from 1/4 cup (80 ml) to 1 cup (250 ml).
