Hello my amazing Flickr friends !
Today is a blue day at Color my world Daily and the theme at Looking close on Friday is Progression in Size. As you can see, in my picture, I decided to go with few pencils since I have so many of those … in different colors and seizes. And, I must admit it is one of my favourite subjects. If you look at my progression in size from left to right it perfectly illustrates the state of my bank account. And if you look at it from right to left: you have the progression in size of my weight. Knowing that, I must :1) resist all the Black Friday’s temptations (FYI : once again this year it is a major fail for me, my Zara basket is full) and 2) not forgot to run my 10km today. See you later my friends !!
Mucho, mucho amor for you my friends !! Have a beautiful day !!!
Thank you so much for all your lovely comments / favs/ general support / happy thoughts!! Stay safe and well!! And see you soon on Flickr !
The history of human progression through ages has taught me one simple thing..."if your will is honest and effort is conscientious, then life will teach you to journey through all hurdles and highs"
Here is a couple mountain bikers expressing the same simple message while cycling through the Baralach Pass (4,890 mts, 16,000 ft) on Manali-Leh Highway, Lahaul valley, Himachal Pradesh, India
Another behind the scenes shot of my process of deciding which Reshade filters to apply.

Hope you all are having a wonderful weekend!

While you're there, you should definitely take a browse around if you never have before......soooo many incredibly talented and inspiring artists!
I have a ton of pictures throughout my time in SL - - if you truly like my pics you should go check them out - just go back in time (when life was somewhat sweet). Anyway your choice, but if you're here for my images go for it; if you're here for random likes you might not understand Second Life and it's progression for me and my pictures. Whatever way enjoy and thank you for being here :)

Steps from basalt chunks (here a field stone) over crushed stone and gravel to basalt powder. Paving stones are laid on gravel, then fine gravel and the joints are filled with the finest grade of basalt flour.
At 2500 km², the Vogelsberg is the largest contiguous volcanic area in Central Europe. There are large basalt quarries here.

Into the Light - Day 20 - Year 2022
--------------------------------------------------
Filtered this photo a great deal in Photoshop.
Snowed this morning and covered everything with at least 1-1/2 inches of fluff. Here, the Pampas grass, still bent from the last few days of battering wind, rested in arches with snow covering the horizontal sections. I added the light bands because I wanted it to feel like being in a field of snow.

Smile on Saturday: Sequence / Progression
This is a beautiful passage from a outdoors performance by the advanced teenage group of my dance school. I love seeing these girls growing up from year to year, and going from dedicated students to beautiful dancers.

Admittedly not the most imaginative presentation, but it's fun to see how the eclipse unfolded with the moon slipping in from the top as the sun caught up to it in the daytime sky. A thrilling event!

Colour is life; for a world without colour appears to us as dead.
Colours are primordial ideas, the children of light.
