Social Stimulating Alternative Programme - PASS is a youth team with the aim to improve the difficult situation where we live. PASS members are students, civic society activists, volunteers and specialists of different fields.
PASS has a ten year experience in working with community and environment. We are present in community problems, having concrete actions in close collaboration with local authorities, communes and prefectures. We help in continuance the local authorities work to evident community problems and propose effective interventions.
During the summer, while other young people enjoy time off from education and training, young people on the Give and Take Scheme get the opportunity to stay involved and take part in extra outdoor activites alongside their normal programme. Here young people from the Give and Take Scheme in the Western Trust area got to try out archery and raft racing... well, it would have been a raft race had the staff not caused so much damage to the raft!

The MoREEFF programme, which was developed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and was supported by the EU, has helped improving the energy efficiency in the residential sector in Moldova. The programme is part of the EU4Energy Initiative.

Since December 2009, Mercy Corps Timor-Leste has been implementing its 42-month Sustainable Crop Production, Utilisation, and Resource Management through Capacity Enhancement (SECURE) programme in Ainaro and Manufahi Districts. SECURE is funded by the European Commission (EC) and aims to address systemic and widespread poverty and food insecurity in Timor-Leste.
