The UKEEP programme, which was developed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and was supported by the EU, has helped Ukrainian enterprises reduce dependency on gas and cutting down on CO2 emissions by implementing energy efficiency measures. The programme is part of the EU4Energy Initiative.

PASS has a ten year experience in working with community and environment. We are present in community problems, having concrete actions in
close collaboration with local authorities, communes and prefectures. We help in continuance the local authorities work to evident
community problems and propose effective interventions.
