My first attempt at airshow photography with my Canon. Some of the best photos I have ever taken, but still lots of room for improvement!

The children from the art programme at the SMDT orphanage, were taken by their art teacher Evans and Orphanage director Carlo, for a day trip to a local gallery where they were shown how clay is made, how some pieces are created with molds and by hand and where they are then fired. It was an interesting experience for them to see the full process and the final finished products - they were able to get some inspiration and ideas for future designs of their own!

For children in orphanages, the earthquake continues to affect daily life. Even for children who did not lose a parent, the trauma of the day continues to manifest itself in nightmares, frustration, and on-going fear.
To give the kids a positive outlet for this stress, we’ve started sending teams to local orphanages where they teach sculpture. Art gives the children a new way to express themselves after all the trauma they have suffered.

A 'featured player' page from a Roller Windsor Rollergirls' event programme.
This page had several pre-requisites - it needed to also feature the Bench Managers and subsitute players, in addition to displaying the team's featured player and interview.
The style matches the team roster page - together they form a double spread.
The background image was edited in Photoshop, and the layout and text was done in Indesign.
