25 volunteers showed up for a fun evening of appreciation on Feb. 9. Volunteers gave close to 3,000 hours in 2016 and helped with completion of 30 projects and helping in the Seedling Tree Nursery.
People attending theJune 24, 2010 kick-off celebration for the library's 'We the People" Bookshelf grant had a chance to browse through the set of books awarded to the library, all on the theme "A More Perfect Union."
In partnership with the Inuvik Youth Centre, Reel Youth facilitated issue based animation programs at East Three Secondary School and a scary movie program at the Youth Centre.

O Jovem Senador é um projeto anual que seleciona, por meio de um concurso de redação 27 estudantes para vivenciarem o trabalho dos senadores. A edição deste ano teve como tema “Os 200 anos do Senado e os desafios e o futuro da democracia”.

Diego agresó del Instituto Nacional en Santiago y siempre soñó con estudiar en Estados Unidos. Luego de investigar diferentes opciones y recibir orientación y apoyo financiero por parte de EducationUSA, postuló al MIT. Tras cuatro años de estudios, Diego pasará los próximos meses trabajando con una empresa en Silicon Valley. ¡Toda la suerte en este nuevo desafío!

Principal fellows shared their arts-based action plans to get feedback from peers and coaches at this meeting at Baltimore Center Stage.
The Oregon National Guard Child and Youth Program hosted the "Knights Under the Stars" Military Youth Ball on January 24, 2026, at the Willamette Heritage Center in Salem, Oregon. With a medieval Renaissance theme, the event brought together over 207 attendees, including 118 children, for an evening of celebration and connection. Organized by the program's youth teen panel, the annual ball serves as one of the largest family-focused events of the year, bringing military families together from across the state for dinner, dancing, and community building.
