WEEK 39 – Horn Lake Arby’s Remodel (I)

Zooming out again to see the left side of the restaurant one more time; this shot is angled straighter than some of my others today, so you can see that smokestack/chimney thing and how it works its way into the entry vestibule a little better here. Note how the blocks used to make the two structures differ in size: cool attention to detail there! Lacking in the “attention to detail” department, however, is whoever was responsible for restriping those parking spaces at the bottom of the picture…

(If I remember correctly, I waited around a little bit for these spaces to clear up in order to take this. I’m glad I did – it’s always better obstruction-free!)

Two of Stagecoach Bluebird's Volvo B7/Plaxton Profile's are seen here in Oldmeldrum working service 35 (Elgin-Aberdeen). Both have racked up very high milegaes over the years and mid life Volvo B12B's have been drafted onto the route to help.

Car lit with two Yongnuo YN560III. One on camera left in a soft box @ 1/8 power, The second on camera right in a strip box to expose the front of the car. In order to get a strong contrast with the background, the wall in the back was lit by another two YN560III with a softbox @ 1/2 power. All four speedlights controlled remotely with the YN560TX.
