Rosey pink sepia photo of a flower I found in my yard. I know I've seen this variety in a gardening catelog, but I don't remember what it's called. Titled "procreation" because some parts look distinctly feminine, and others masculine.
Here's the second and final installment of this comic excerpt I am posting and the excerpt features the final panel done on the iPad while we were away for Easter. The brochures were done the night before.

I had this idea that I could 'throw together' a very complex piece quickly for a show if I kept it digital. I was wrong. I gave up on this and completed an acrylic paint WIP instead. But some of what came out of the digital process was interesting so here's some of what I did before stopping.

I thought I'd have a go at painting using a digital art programme, it is great fun and I have uploaded 3 paintings that I carried out using this format. They are all from my imagination. It is my intention to have a go at painting from the photograph in water colour. Should be interesting.......
