På besøg hos travle, opgaveskrivende Niels. Vi flettede vores Aarstiderne-kasser sammen og fik en lækker salat ud af det... Eller rettere: Da Niels har baldret sin store skål anrettede vi salaten i to (enorme) portioner.

i've been making and icing biscuits for hours.. yesterday i was dreaming about being able to knit the perfect fairisle tank top.. isn't this all happening a little early in life?!

My backcountry Gregory. Note my kettle matches and my sleeping pad even matches too (All coincidentally!) I decided to take a rest and wait for my group to catch up to me.

What's in my bag you wonder well... My habanero, sleeping pad, kettle, plate and bowl, bottle of wine (in case I got lost..), card games, pocket rocket, fuel, platypus, extra woolies, first aid kit and my 70-300mm and D60 with kit lens. She wasn't light.

Being silly with Photo Booth instead of cleaning the flat and packing for San Francisco. Oh well.

procrastination is a slippery slope

of repetitive actions and unending hopes.

the scenery is constantly changing

while the end is never reaching.

Some days, you just need pancakes for dinner.

ift.tt/2qoGyRH What are you procrastinating on right now? Would you benefit more if you were more aware of it and decided to stop procrastinating? I would venture to say that if it is an important task for your business, health or relationship, make it a priority instead. ift.tt/2qoGyRH First off, be more aware of it happening and why are you putting it off. This is an important thing to be more mindful of. Be aware so you can take a moment to realize that it is time you stop putting that action off - conversation, business step, marketing, etc. Beat your procrastination at it's own game... Start recognizing the signals that you are procrastinating - like dreading your tasks, sitting at your desk and staring off into space even though you have your to do list right in front of you, scrolling through Facebook, videos, emails, etc. Think of how important it is to 'get it done'. It's possible you might have several important things to get done in a day. Prioritize them. Do the most important thing first. Mission accomplished! Yay! It's OK to reward yourself once completed....for a few minutes (like 10-15 minutes) Then move on to the next thing....etc. Most importantly, set your intentions You've got this! Be present in each moment of your day. Love and light. Renee' CHPC (Certified High Performance Coach) ift.tt/2qoGyRH
