O Condomínio Caminho das Artes depois que a Prefeitura Municipal de Cotia realizou algumas obras no Rio que atras do condomínio alaga constantemente, conforme pode-se perceber pelas fotos.
Dr. Silvio Cabral como advogado do Condomínio esta preparando ação judicial de obrigação de fazer cumulada com perdas e danos em face da Prefeitura Municipal e da SABESP para estas sejam obrigadas a resolver este problema, e ainda obrigadas a indenizar os danos causados seja ao condomínio, seja aos moradores.
A previsão é que a ação seja distribuida até final da primeira quinzena de abril, enquanto isso aguarda-se para ver se o requerimento abaixo será atendido.
Dr. Silvio Cabral em conjunto com os deputados Carlos Zarattini (Federal - PT/SP) e Geraldo Cruz (Estadual - PT/SP) protocolou requerimento na Prefeitura Municipal para que o problema seja resolvido.

The few sprouts of invasive grass seen here will quickly spread and displace large patches of lawn if not soon removed by hand (stem & roots.) One specimen and its roots are on the left.
A few unexpected problems with engine recommissioning delayed our launch
for the season by a couple of weeks. Frustrating - not because time was
critical, but the continuing exceptionally fine weather was giving
summer temperatures in early April. At last all was put together again
with no bits left over, and off we set from Dumbarton. The first short
leg was down to Millport, then on to Campbeltown the next day. There we
sat out a day of strong winds when the Sanda ferry was unable to reach
the island.

I purchased a package of Nabisco Grahams Original. As you know there
are 3 wrapped packages in each box. When I got to the bottom package
it appeared that the wrapper was cut off accidentally. The top 1/3 of
the crackers were completely exposed, thus they were stale and
unusable. I am unable to return them to the store as I had already
used the first 2 packages. The job/lot number on the box is #80491
O080494 MO#KV2235000 12/07. The expiration date is 12AUG08AG31
04:39. I took pictures of the package and the box if you want them
I'd be more than happy to send them to you. It appears like there was
definitely a mechanical malfunction, as the package is perfectly cut
with no jagged edges and a perfectly straight cut.

Our tour bus had to stop to let this herd of sheep pass. A common event on the South Island of New Zealand.
Tunisian Crochet scarf in a very lovely yarn that I can not remember the name of right now. By my calculations, this yarn will give me a scarf that's about 48" long. I was hoping to get 60". So, I'm not sure if I want to keep going or rip it out and make socks with this yarn. It's so lovely, I would love to have it around my neck. I'm also thinking about stitching it closed to make a smoke ring or mobeus.
