Problem: Loud noise investigation
Big foot prints on roof could be big raccoon
NE corner of flat roof there is a bathroom vent pipe that is leaking, sealed to make water tight
Chimney flashing not done properly, chimney will fail soon if there is no leak (no step or counter flashing)
Couple gutter spikes loose that were resecured, the downspout on east side sturdy,
Bay window on NE corner counterflashing was loose --secured ,
next to flashing there are lights where chairs were to aluminated deck, two loose lights so he tie wrapped to secure them
No obvious signs of rattling could be chairs that are hanging out of deck they could be banging
Tar and gravel roof,
Front roof looks good, flashing are ok

रात में नींद नहीं आती तो करें ये उपाय
आजकल की भागदौड़ मे व्यक्ति को स्वास्थ्य, मानसिक, आर्थिक, परिवारिक परेशानी व अत्यधिक थकान के कारण भी ठीक से नींद नहीं आती है। अगर आपके साथ भी ऐसा ही है तो आप इन उपायों को आजमा सकते हैं।
1 आयुर्वेद के अनुसार सोने से करीब पाँच मिनट पहले एक केला भुना ज़ीरा लगा कर खाने से, रात मे नींद अच्छी आती है।
2 वास्तु विज्ञान के अनुसार रात्रि मे सोने से पूर्व पानी में चुटकी भर नमक मिलाकर पानी से हाथ-पांव धोने से मानसिक चिंताअों से छुटकारा व अच्छी नींद आती है।
3 मन्त्र शास्त्र मे 'शुद्धे-शुद्धे महायोगिनी महानिद्रे स्वाहा।' मंत्र का जाप सोने से पहले करने पर अच्छी नींद आती है।
4 धन सम्बंधित परेशानी के कारण नींद नहीं आ रही है तो बेडरूम मे एक कांच की कटोरी मे चावल डाल कर अपने सिहराने रखे।
5 यदि रात मे नींद खुल जाती है और फिर नींद नहीं आती है तो उसके लिए अपने तकिये के नीचे पीपल के पेड की जड़ रखे.

नींद में योग और आसन भी कारगर माने जाते हैं। अगर आप भी अनिद्रा के शिकार हैं तो इन आसनों को आजमा सकते हैं।
प्राणायाम – हर रोज रात को सोने से पहले तथा खाना खाने 2 या तीन घंटे बाद आप अनुलोम विलोम, भ्रामरी तथा उद्गीथ प्राणायाम कर सकते हैं। इससे अनिद्रा से निश्चित तौर पर छुटकारा मिल जाता है।
पश्चिमोत्तासन – दिमाग को शांत तथा आराम करने के लिए इस आसन को किया जाता है। इसे करने के लिए अपने पैरों को सीधा जमीन पर फैलाकर बैठ जाएं। अब अपने हाथों को सिर के ऊपर ले जाएँ तथा धीरे-धीरे आगे की ओर झुकें। अपने हाथों की उँगलियों से अपने पैरों की उँगलियों को छूने का प्रयास करें तथा अपने सिर को घुटनों से लगाने का प्रयास करें। ऐसा भी हो सकता है कि आप अपने पैरों की उँगलियों को न छू पायें लेकिन धीरे-धीरे अभ्यास के द्वारा इसमें सुधार होता जाएगा।
शवासन – अनिद्रा के लिए सबसे ज्यादा फायदेमंद आसन शवासन है। इसे आसन को करना भी सबसे आसान है। इसे करने के लिए सबसे पहले अपनी पीठ के बल लेट जाएं। अपनी हथेलियों को अपने शरीर के बाजू में ऊपर की ओर खुली अवस्था में रखें। शांत पड़े रहें और लंबी-लंबी साँसे लें। इससे मानसिक शांति मिलती है तथा तनाव भी दूर होता है।

Czech-Georgian Workshop on Boundary Value Problems 2017
(January 10 - 13, 2017).
The traditional Czech-Georgian Workshop organized in Brno. This event was dedicated to the eightieth birthday of Professor Ivan Kiguradze.
I ordered from BBuys.com and am very disappointed with the order.
The following are the problems with the order;
1. The Nikon box containing the D7000 arrived visibly "beat up" with several scratches and mis-marks all over the box.
2. Upon opening the box, it is clear that the camera has been used. The instructional CD is scratched and the contents of the box have clearly been opened by others. The buttons on the camera do not feel like genuine Nikon buttons.
3. "Ronald," my sales agent for this order, at ext 534, sold me a "better" additional battery, one that would allegedly last longer than the one that comes with the camera. As it turns out, the additional battery is identical to the one that comes with the camera.
4. "Ronald" also sold me two 16 GB SD cards stating that the cards are much different than cards sold elsewhere and also stating how DBuys was the price leader on those items. I tried to ask Ronald specifically which card would be sent with the order. 5. The Return and Warranty "terms" expressed at the bottom of the receipt are severe and are not terms that I agreed to either orally or in writing at any time during the phone order process with Ronald.

Their gig previous to this was Glastonbury. This time they were on the tiny Radio Ulster (Bandstand) stage at Stendhal.
They describe themselves as "four-piece feminist queer punk band from Belfast". Great fun, energy and they sound great too and are great at banter with the crowd. I was looking forward to them at Stendhal and they didnt dissapoint! I love them!
