I assume this was a Probe owners club meet of some description. Most of the cars were the 24v model, and most were modified in some way. Only the purple car closest the camera and the lovely green coloured one 5th from the right, appeared to be totally standard.

Here it is, the big daddy. Currently holding the record for the longest SHIP at 12 feet 6 inches, or 487 studs, the Tribunal was a substantial investment in time and labor for me. I decided that, for it I would upload an entire set of the beautiful pictures taken by Geoff Gray, in glorious high resolution. There are descriptions of what all the rooms and areas are on the web site, although the pictures are pretty substantial too.
This set is enormous, so enjoy the browsing!
Two riggers use an aerial lift to install a new Recovery Act-funded corrosion probe into one of Hanford’s double-shell tanks. A corrosion probe is a 50-foot piece of pipe that contains sensors to provide a real-time measurement of tank waste chemistry and tank corrosion monitoring as an added level of protection to the environment.

The Ford Probe was first debuted in August 1992 as a 1993 model. It was assembled by AutoAlliance International in Flat Rock, Michigan and offered in 2.0 L four cylinfer 16v and 2.5 L 24v guises. Both engines featured double overhead cam designs with the choice of a 5-speed manual transmission or a 4-speed automatic transmission.
Two automatic transmissions were available to the Ford Probe. At first both engines shared the same automatic transmission, the Ford F-4EAT transmission, but from 1994 onwards this changed. The V6 engine continued to use the 4EAT, but the 2.0 L I4 engine used a different automatic transmission, the Ford CD4E transmission. It was sourced by Ford, and manufactured at Ford's Batavia Transmission plant in Batavia, Ohio.
In Japan, the 2.5 L V6 was the higher performance KL-ZE. In Europe and America, the 2.5 L V6 was a lower performance KL-DE and the 2.0 L was the FS. The primary difference of the Japanese version is that it produced 36 hp more power though higher compression pistons, aggressive camshafts, intake manifold and head. It also lacked an emissions control component called Exhaust gas recirculation that is required by law in North America and Europe.

English Electric Canberra noses.
On the left is a T.4, built in 1954 and from WJ865 which was used by the Empire Test Pilots School at Boscombe Down.
On the right, a B.2(mod) WH876 which was used by the co-located A&AEE (Aeroplane and Armament Establishment) for in-flight re-fuelling and ejector seat trials, hence the unusual, photographic calibration paint scheme.
Part of the fabulous and highly recommended Boscombe Down Aviation Collection, now relocated to Old Sarum airfield located half-way between Boscombe Down and Salisbury in Wiltshire.
Housed in a Grade II listed WWI Hangar, the venue has great facilities, highly informative displays and artifacts, but primarily, superb access to most of the cockpit sections on display coupled with a warm and friendly welcome by all the staff there.
With more outside, this expanding collection is a 'must do' for all those interested in our Aviation Heritage.
