ProMax allowed a couple of us car nuts to shoot whatever cars that they had. They allowed us access to the back part of their garage where we had the garage to ourselves.
We took more time setting up the lights then shooting the vehicles but once the lighting setup was done, taking the shots of the vehicles were a lot easier.
AB 1600 and AB400 bare (gobo'd with Craftman's catalog on top to cut light from bouncing off roof) at full power into Terence's DIY diffusion panel was used to light the side of the Vehicles.
One SB600 snooted to light the rear tire.
Two generic AC strobes (BY-160B) with softboxes in front of vehicles used off and on during the shoot.
Also had one 580EXII, and one 430EX, I believe at full power inside of vehicles to light the interior.
All strobes fired with Pocket Wizards.

With the new year beginning, I wanted to try a photo challenge and thought what better challenge than to shoot 52 rolls over the next year?! The inaugural roll was shot on my brand new (to me) Canonet QL17 GIII and Agfa ProMax 400. I really like the camera, it has a nice, super-sharp lens and is built very solidly. I really have no idea how I'm going to take 1,248 shots over the next 12 months, but I'm excited to give it a shot. Some of the highlights will show up throughout the week in my photostream from that previous week's roll. This first week was taken around Seward, Minneapolis and was really more of a test roll. My Canonet definitely passes the test!
