Assemblyman David Weprin, Chair of the Assembly Committee on Corrections, Religious Leaders, Union Representatives, Elected Officials and Major Advocacy Coalition addressed the assembled audience in a rally on February 26th 2017; at the steps of New York City Hall, to stand together in opposition to Governor Cuomo's proposed cuts to visits in New York State maximum-security prisons and demand that this proposal does not come to pass.
