Warren G. Harding, 29th Presidents, from Marion Ohio, owned and operated the Marion Star for several years. As a newspaper man, Harding would have used movalbe type to put out issues of the newspaper. Movalbe type was used to layout and print papers before the use of more sophisticated printing technology.

This printing press was used in Fort Sumner, New Mexico, for printing letters and a small newspaper. It was made by American Type Founders Co., Chandler & Price, in Cleveland, Ohio and was patented on June 13, 1899. My wife has instructed me, the next time I visit here, I am to bring this home for her.
