FACES, IMAGES, AND THEIR TRUTH - Portraits in the manner of the German documentary photographer, August Sander.

letterpress demo at the Kerrytown Book Fair a few weekends ago.

Our old Canon printer was failing and yesterday we got an all-in-one printer-scanner. Millie just loves printers and she patiently sat by it, whilst I was going through all the set-up routine to get it printing wireless. When Millie hears a printer firing up she will race from anywhere in the house to jump up and gaze adoringly at it. We have to put a hand in front of her when it is printing, to stop her batting the paper. She is also fascinated by double-sided printing and gazes up inside the printer when the paper goes back inside to print the second side! Madam Millie does make us laugh! more fun was had with her climbing inside the printer box and packing materials.

Does anyone know of someone who would be willing to print a LEGO Superhero design on a small scale? I'd prefer a one-off, but I would go for a dozen or so. I'd prefer good quality pad or digital. If anyone could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.

Dating to my early years in printing, I've managed to keep this tool handy for over 55 years. It folds up and has a nice leather case. And yes, at one time long, long ago, printing including letterpress with hot metal, hand composition and presswork was taught at the college level in the United States. C.I.T. is now Carnegie-Mellon University.

There was lots of questions and the guy answered them all.

My printer died a sudden, unexpected death yesterday, so today I bought a new one. (The old one was 9 years old so I didn’t feel too bad about it.) Gary the computer nerd is going to help me get it set up.

Our heavily-stickered printer made the move ok.

Several tech people have been up here trying to repair this thing, but no one has succeeded yet.

Sorry for the fuzzy photo. This is a picture of the 3D printer built by boy blacksmith. It was used to print the croquet with the red queen wicket parts.

Five thousand dollars worth of laser printers, just sitting in the hallway on a cart, begging to be deployed to a deserving SA's home.

These are some printers in the Academic Center

We bought this printer's tray about 5 years ago from an antique shop in St. Jacobs, Ontario and have gradually been filling it with little bits of things that we find or have had stashed away. Some on them are old, some are new, and most have a story behind it.

At Blist's Hill museum.

A co-worker sent this to our office recently:

"Don't you hate it when your printer jams? He's not dead but he's sure stuck. They do end up getting him out and letting him loose for those of you that are mouse lovers. How'd you like to get to work and find this problem?"
