Passing from the park on Monday wanted to see if the cygnets hatched,not yet but I was pleasantly greeted with this Great Egret,
Took many shots flying as well.
I was rather perplexed as to what this gull had in it's beak. However have come to the conclusion that it must be a piece of hard pretzel.

Brezelkäfer ist die scherzhafte Bezeichnung für den ersten KdF-Wagen, den späteren VW Käfer vom Typ VW 1. Der Spitzname entstand im Laufe der langen Bauzeit des „Käfers“ in Anspielung auf das zweigeteilte kleine Heckfenster mit Mittelsteg, das entfernt an eine Brezel erinnert.
Pretzel beetle is the joking name for the first KdF car, the later VW Beetle of type VW 1. The nickname was created during the long construction period of the "Beetle" as an allusion to the small, two-part rear window with a central bar, which is reminiscent of a pretzel.
The People in little world need to eat too. So at the Beginning it is hard work before they get their harvest :)
