Went to Belle Isle Conservancy today with the family. What a neat place. I've only ever taken pictures from the outside since every time we've been on Belle Isle, the conservancy was closed. I don't remember what the name of this flower was, sorry.

Our first day visit to the Iowa State Fair 2017. The weather was great and there was much to see, do, and eat! We enjoyed the Classic Car Display on the Grand Concourse and the FFA Tractor AG Mechanics and Technology Parade.

I was totally uninspired this week and everything I tried didn't work as I wanted. This morning I wandered around the village with Ashley and settled for her posing in front of these lovely pink rhododendrons.

f/2.5, 1/100, iso100, exp comp -0.67 some adjustments made to the levels & saturation as it looked a bit washed out.
