Hi there! My name is Powder and I am a 2-year-old, neutered male looking for a home and someone to love for life. Everyone calls me, "Mr. Mellow." I am very laid back and calm. I live at the Oakland County Animal Control and Pet Adoption Center at 1700 Brown Rd in Auburn Hills. You can visit me there any time the shelter is open. The shelter will not put me up for adoption because of my appearance, so my only way out of the shelter alive is through a rescue.
