Hilgrove High School, Powder Springs, Georgia was the site of home conference baseball game with the visiting Walton High School. While the first 3 innings produced no runs, the Hilgrove Hawks scored 3 runs in the bottom of the third inning. Although the Hawks stroked the ball, they would also commit 3 errors and allow 4 runs in the next two and the Walton Raiders would pull out the win 4-3.
