Olá meninas...dei uma sumidinhaaaaa... =(

BJs!!!

This project i decided to use powder to create a photo. Having the camera on a fast shutter speed it allowed me to capture the powder falling.

This is a powder room remodel I designed, featuring glamorous and eco-friendly materials like recycled glass mosaic tiles, custom bamboo vanity, and a designer fluorescent pendant light.

Another contribution from my neighbour's garden. Her hydrangeas are always so beautiful :)

Start of a new week, hope you all have a good one :)

thanks for the views, comments and faves :)

Updated photo to show rich colors. This ruffled pendant is made from Katoclay stretch thin in my pasta machine. Trying to decide what to do with it, I found that was very pliable and folded easily. I used black embossing powder before baking and used 600 grit sandpaper to polish off "just enough' after it had cured. The edges are treated with gold guilders paste and the final polish is Renaissance Wax.

I think this cowgirl got a little carried away with the baby powder. They use it to handle their ropes at the rodeo. I assume it improves their grip. If you’ll look close, you’ll see a bottle of it tucked under the seat at the back of their saddle.

We had a photoshoot in AP Photo today. Here's Day 1's results. Hopefully will have a day two tomorrow!

Macro shot of chili powder

I had the powder room painted in black stripes, alternating flat paint and high gloss paint. (The ceiling that you can't see is silver-leafed.) The red glass vessel sink provides the "pop" against the black. In the mirror, you can see the three red betta fish hanging in sconces on the wall.

LOOKING SO BEAUTIFUL IN A POWDER BLUE STRAPLESS DRESS

And another shot that is similar to Powder Blue pic, except in pink tone. Isn't it sooo pink?

As I made a promise with Ballet that I would let her wear this outfit one more time, since last time Ribbon borrowed it. So here it is, my little pink-crazy Ballet!! kkkk

I love this little Poppy!

This ruffled pendant is made from Katoclay stretch thin in my pasta machine. Her you can see how I threaded a medium coated steel beading wire through the folds. Trying to decide what to do with it, I found that was very pliable and folded easily. I used black embossing powder before baking and used 600 grit sandpaper to polish off "just enough' after it had cured. Strobist:

Two speedlights on 1/2 power in one silver umbrella, quite high (~ 2,5 m), 45° to the model. Why did we use two speedlights on half the power instead of one on full power? Makes them faster ..., to freeze the flying colored flour. The umbrella was half-collapsed to concentrate the spotlight.

This talc cake was made to welcome a baby boy. I would have preferred this with royal icing details rather than the edible image ... Chocolate mud cake sculpted from a 7" square.

The Middle Fork Powder River area is located about 21 miles southwest of Kaycee, Wyoming, in a spectacularly scenic part of the state that is rich with the legend of Old West outlaw activity from the late 1800s.

A red-wall canyon is visible from much of the Middle Fork area, which boasts excellent hunting and fishing opportunities.

The Outlaw Cave Campground is located within the Middle Fork Powder River recreation area. This campground is a fee-free site that includes a vault toilet. However, there is no potable water source.

Please remember to keep vehicles, including OHVs, on designated routes. If you plan on venturing beyond the campground, we recommend that you have a high-clearance vehicle, as some of these roads are very primitive. We also recommend that you do not venture out into these areas during periods of inclement weather. Additionally, Outlaw Cave Road is closed to motorized use during the winter from December 15 through April 14.

The Ed O. Taylor Wildlife Habitat Management Area is located just west of the Outlaw Cave Campground. Travel within the region is recommended for high clearance 4WD vehicles only. Additionally, the Ed O. Taylor area is closed to human presence January 1 through May 14 for wildlife protection.

Legal public access is available from Outlaw Cave Campground to the border of the first private land parcel, approximately 9 miles to the west. There is no legal public access between Outlaw Cave and Hole-in-the-Wall or between Outlaw Cave Campground and Hazelton Road. Access across any private land parcels requires permission of the landowner.
