The rusted wire had cut deep into the split post...he stopped to examine the wood and oxidized steel, fused together in a decaying embrace. For a while they had become one. In time they would both return to the soil, dissolve in a slow journey back to the earth.
Chicago's Old Post Office sat vacant for many years..and today- I took a look at one area inside- where- MY FURNITURE- is tucked away- on the Riverside....in a small beautifully furnished Sales Office- in a room-they call- The VAULT!
On March 19, 2016, "POST CITY @ Shibuya" in Tokyo, Japan, looked deep into the future form of the city through cross talks with pioneers who sought for potentials, and exhibitions of POST CITY Kit (idea tools) brought by artists and innovators.

Noted at Dublin Airport was this Border Control Post sign,Has Dublin Airport made a UDI ( Unilateral Declaration of Independence), will the airport raise a new flag, have a new Anthem and muster an army ?
A barrage of new murals have gone up in several upper-level rooms of the Post Office. Not sure who the artist(s) are, though. I believe CMC also has a piece by these guys in there as well.

One of the two small lakes on the remote side of the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Management Area in Oklahoma. I saw a photo from this vantage point on a photography book I purchased a few weeks ago by photographer Michael Hardeman. I was inspired to give it a try. It's only a short 3 and a half hour drive from Dallas and my Thursday afternoon was slow.
Post Head Shaving in Nakhon Nayok, Thailand. Men travel to pray at several favorite local shrines after having their heads shaved. They are escorted by family and friends.

Iowa Interstate's original "wide-cabs" were the ALCo M420R's. Here's a shot of IAIS 800 getting its train together on the siding in Moline, IL. We were on our way home from church when we stumbled into this guy. Will and I had said our prayers and would go home, switch vehicles, and chase this guy to Tiskilwa!
