Photograph made of the northern sky over the Slave River, NT, Canada on a Canon 5D mark II.
Is actually a stitch of a few images, which I seem to have stitched twice and have ended up with two different results - one is closer to a panorama but features almost exactly the same elements. No idea how this happened as I don't remember stitching it twice! When I move into my new place I will probably give it a tone curve and upload the other version.
Edit* I went a long time, the past several years, without being on social media at all, but flickr I especially neglected. I'm sorry for that. I apologize for leaving so many comments unanswered. I appreciate all of the feedback greatly. I'm just getting back into the social media sphere, so I figure for flickr I'll start with the current version of this photo. Enjoy!

Captured at Ferryside, West Wales after meetings in Carmarthen and a catch up with our son. Admittedly I've used this vessel as a subject before for my 365 , but a busy day and hope to catch up with commenting from tomorrow onwards.

I love a Sign and reflected possibilities of different routes to the same destination. The construction and use of the sign tells a great story along with the text and graphics of course. Here in twelve photographs is one view of the Dirleton Village Sign from October 2022. As far as I can tell the sign still points to the destinations listed including Dirleton Castle which is a great place to be directed to reflected upon and enjoyed.

Another chilly day here in southern Ontario but I will send this one out to my lovely Flickeroos. There will be plenty of frosty pictures later.
I bought another guitar today, sounds fairly cool. Here is what it looks like.

The macro monday theme for tomorrow, 12/13, is bottle and this is another blue bottle. I don’t know if it will be my choice.

I am glad that you paid attention to my work!
In my opinion, photography is the only true instrument of the present HISTORY. When I see such moments of life, I understand that after many years, those who see this will instantly feel this moment! And no other audio-visual sources can instill something else ...
The Macro Mondays theme for today, 1/31, is currency - real or pretend. Anybody want to take a guess?…
There will be a couple of possibilities that I’ll post and then dither about— grin
HMM-- the theme for today, 8/17 is push/pull. found this theme particularly tricky since several of mine were trying to show the push or pull action, which is not easy when simultaneously trying to push the buttons on an iphone ~grin~

i like this one strictly for the bokeh that showed up ~grin~
the macromonday theme for 5/20 is copper (bronze and brass are ok, too)...... "Bronze and brass are acceptable as is oxidized, tarnished or corroded metallic copper such as verdigris but copper-based chemicals such as copper sulfate or Schweizer's reagent are not."........
the whole narrative about the theme......
