Along busy street with cars, vendors and people in Bangkok, I walked and felt the joy of dynamic and lively atmosphere. Streetshot is quite diffucult to me as it has so many thing to compose within one shot to tell story so I do not take much shot of street. I am confused with composition and subject to take..
However I love seeing life and thnigs around street and late afternoon is good times to walk.
Just another scene with lots of things which I dont want to take shot but at the time I was about turning my face away, something stopped me and made me look back again.
Something look s like missing but it could be fulfilled by the positive and strong mind of the man on bike. He lives like normal people. He has more positive thinking in living
I could feel inspired every time I see this photo.. Not to be too weak, too much give up or hopeless, no pity on self to go on no matter situation we have to face..
I really adore him and respect him..He is happy and smile.
Happy or sad just only by what we think.. to be endlessly sad by things we used to have yesterday or accept it on whatever we have now and go on for a happy today and tomorrow. People search for happiness and often we lose our way.
At the moment I took shot and the moment I see this picture, I am appreciated and overwhelmed with some feeling ... like I understand some secret or good lesson to learn..
Well not beautfiul shot and life is not always beautfiul but we can make beautiful as much as we can on whatever we have .
(added) They sell and buy things on street. Something maybe unused, thrownaway or even something sunk in dirty drainage canals where some people dive to take it like the way they do for gold mining.
I am just apprecaited with the one leg man on bicycle.. adore how he bike and lives his life like others.. and he may like strawberry... me too
Proverbs 23:6-8
"Do not eat the bread of a man who is stingy; do not desire his delicacies, for he is like one who is inwardly calculating. "Eat and drink!" he says to you, but his heart is not with you. You will vomit up the morsels that you have eaten, and waste your pleasant words."
Maybe not the most exciting shot but I wanted to discuss this passage in detail.
Quite often the alternative translation of this verse is used to support the idea that the Bible promotes positive thinking. Sometimes people will quote, "As a man thinks within himself, so he is".
I have major problems with taking that approach to interpreting this verse. You can't just take a verse out of context to support your own ideas. Reading this verse in the context of the surrounding passage reveals the true meaning of the phrase and it is not the power of positive thinking. The verse is talking about a stingy man who gives the outward appearance of being generous but inside he is begrudgingly feeding the guest.
