〔大衛的詩。〕耶和華是我的牧者．我必不至缺乏。
他使我躺臥在青草地上、領我在可安歇的水邊。
他使我的靈魂甦醒、為自己的名引導我走義路。
我雖然行過死蔭的幽谷、也不怕遭害．因為你與我同在．你的杖、你的竿、都安慰我。
在我敵人面前、你為我擺設筵席．你用油膏了我的頭、使我的福杯滿溢。
我一生一世必有恩惠慈愛隨著我．我且要住在耶和華的殿中、直到永遠。
The LORD is my shepherd,
I shall not be in want.
He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters,
he restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.
Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.

as humanity moves forward in the evolutionary
track, some of you are embracing the new, while
others find themselves stuck in the mud, eyes
closed tide, jaws clinched with fear of the unknown,
remember Dear Ones, this game is not for the
faint of hearts and you are not that, or you would
not have signed up to play a part at this exact time,
collectively you came to build a New Earth!

it is confusing from where you stand, yet, it is
quite simple from our perspective, we say, for
you see, Dear Ones, the split is not a physical
one, on your side it manifests in the way you
experience life, some of you are grappled by
fear, clinching to the old as if it is the last straw
standing, while others have opened their hearts
to the inevitable newness, that comes with every
new cycle in life and are moving forward and up
.
release the fear you hold inside, do it like that:
‘imagine a balloon in your hands, close your eyes,
take a deep breath, or a few if you must, and
as you exhale and fill the balloon, imagine all
the fear leaving your form, take another deep
breath and repeat until you feel a lightness inside,
now tie the balloon and let it go, as you bid it
goodbye, express gratitude for the lessons brought
forth and invite divine light to fill in the dark gap’

you may repeat this exercise, as often as you
would like Dear Ones, and each time, invite more
and more light, the Universe will be delighted to
oblige! for you see my Dear Ones, she supports
you and your spirit with every breath you take,
for the consciousness she holds is ever-growing,
ever-changing, everlasting, for as long as you are.

Trying to think positive thoughts... I have some follow-up medical tests on Friday that I'm a bit anxious about.
(I'm really wishing I could get the real version of PS working... I'm getting tired of just using Adobe PhotoDeluxe to edit because of the limitations. We have PS, but our main computer needs some serious upgrades/replacement before we can get it working, and Bob, my laptop, is also in need of some serious rehab.)

sources for living, food, and reproductive health

there is a hierarchy amongst us, not in the way
you may think, each of us is needed at a precise
frame of time, you call those seasons on your
side, yet, for us they overlap and coincide

imagine a relay race, it cannot exist without the
'team' before us, we work in tandem, one for all,

our time is up, our higher expression never stops

carnival ride? as soon as it is done, they run

another joy ride, this is very much how we live too,

full of joy and glee, we sing and dance and
swing, if you stay still and tune in, you may
hear our voices and tunes, each one
compliments the next in perfect symphony

oh, I forgot all about the hierarchy part, forgive
me, I am a youngster, just a few thousand years
old, our elders are hundreds of thousands of
lifetimes wise, they are the pillars in our lives

they carry Universal knowledge and make sure
it is passed down, those of us who bloom,
paint our realm much like artists with brushes
and paint do, and those who leaf each and every

Spring rejuvenate our world, the ones who bear
fruit are the life sources for us and you, and the
evergreens are the guardians of our realm, they
keep watch at all times and never close their ‘eyes’
.
this all may sound magical to you, but there's
so much more, our world and yours are
intertwined in more ways than one! the day
you start to hear us and see us in our true form
.
is the day you will discover that YOU too are a part
of this 'magical' world, for he who hears the ‘secret’
sound awakens the seeds within their own heart
