Hundreds packed the White Owl Social Club in southeast Portland Sunday, March 31, 2019, to celebrate Holi Hai, a Hindu festival that celebrates the arrival of spring. Participants, saturated from head-to-toe with bright powdered colors, danced, drank and laughed throughout the evening as they celebrated.
