Portland Road bridge, looking north, that once formed part of the Harborne branch before the line was closed in 1963. This now forms part of the Harborne Walkway.
Downtown Portland, OR at night. Taken out the side of an apartment building. Not terribly good, as I didn't have a tripod at the time, so it was hard to keep the camera steady for 2-6 seconds.
The MAX (metropolitan area express) pulling into the station. It is free to ride mass transit in downtown Portland. Great way to get people out of their cars, huh?
It started at breakfast at a secret AWESOME local restaurant ath serves American, Italian, Korean, Japanese Cusine.. We then decide to check out Ed's House of Gems, Fabric for Less, an overpriced 'Antique' store, and more. Such fun!

Portland is a large Limestone outcrop off the Dorset coast.
Many historic London buildings are built with Portland stone.

Portland Bill Lighthouse is a functioning lighthouse at Portland Bill, on the Isle of Portland, Dorset, England. The lighthouse and its boundary walls are Grade II Listed.
Monday, October 13, was a real "enlightened" day (forgive the pun. We saw the most lighthouses in one day—six. The first was Portland Head Light, which is in the area of the old Fort Williams Park. We didn't stay around long enough to explore the park.
