This is a Fas Mart Express located in the parking lot of the Quarles Fleet Fueling Island at 2301 Commerce Center Dr, Rockville, VA.
This looks to be a glorified bank of vending machines installed in a modified shipping container. I've never see something like this done before, but it's certainly an interesting use of a shipping container.
Fas Mart is owned by GPM Investments, which is a subsidiary of ARKO Corp. who also owns Quarles.

Made some photos for the famous hungarian designer Kiss Miklós who made this amazing architecture creation for the Heineken Pop-Up Store project. It was a world wide design exhibition from Heineken.
