it is quite usual to meet legless beggar in the street of seoul.
they all use a similar outfit and technique. they wear long [of course empty] rubber pants-covers and they slide on the sidewalk using a wheeled sledge and a cart with a radio playing old folk songs.
they use to push their body, the sledge and the cart in front just using their bare hands.
i am glad this one updated his gears with a motorized cart. he doesn't look as exausted as they usually do.

Only open for a limited time, the Royal-T Café is hosting the Tron Pop-up store which is selling a collection of TRON branded merchandise. Most of the items are available in your local stores, but a couple bits are exclusive with deep-pocket prices to match. It was fun to visit and take some photos.
