This is my original design, called the Poet Coat. It's inspired by the book, The Little Prince and features gold start buttons, an oversized lapel, french cuffs and a long cutaway hem. The garment closes with a zipper for practicality.
This pattern is in the book, Boho Baby Knits and is worked in Blue Sky Alpaca yarn.
I couldn't be happier with how it was styled and photographed.

Poet Simon Vinkenoog & wife Edith Ringnalda.
Simon Vinkenoog (b. july 18, 1928, Amsterdam -d. july 12, 2009, Amsterdam) was a Dutch poet and writer. He was the editor of the anthology Atonaal (Atonal), which launched the Dutch "Fifties Movement".
In 2004 he was chosen as Dichter des Vaderlands, or "Poet Laureate", for the Netherlands.
On July 11, 2009 Vinkenoog was admitted to an Amsterdam hospital after suffering a seizure. He died the following day.

I am a bit saddened that after seeing me with that cute duckling some of you had wrong impression about me. Okay, I admit that I am smitten by that duckling, I can't help it, but I am a poet and thinker as well. I love to watch those beautiful colors of sunset and wonder about the beauty, mystery and purpose of life. I am just a simple cat.

Sun Ra Arkestra: NPR Music Tiny Desk Concert
Sun Ra was a big-band innovator, a pioneer of recording and playing with electronics, a poet, a cosmic philosopher, a bandleader and a keyboard innovator who claimed to be from Saturn. Herman Poole Blount would have turned 100 in 2014 had he not left us more than 20 years ago. But his spirit lives on, and so does his long-running band.
Makli is one of the largest necropolis' in the world. Its a few kilometers from the town of thatta, and about 100 km from Pakistan's largest city Karachi.
This is one of the most visually stunning archaelogical sites in Pakistan. Covering 15-1/2 sqaure kilometers, and said to contain over one million tombs, it is considered to be the world's largest necropolis.
The tombs and mausoleums are seen as the most substantial remains of Sind's greatness between the 14th and 18th centuries, with many belonging to kings, queens, saints, governors, military commanders, philophers and poets
This largest historical gift from past is now totally ruined and this all because of neglected management of Archeology (Asar-e-Qadima) and the Pakistan Government, if the management of old monuments and archealogy do nothing about this, then in few years it will be finish.

My heart is burning with love
All can see this flame
My heart is pulsing with passion
like waves on an ocean.
My friends have become strangers
and I’m surrounded by enemies.
But I’m free as the wind
no longer hurt by those who reproach me.
I’m at home wherever I am
And in the room of lovers
I can see with closed eyes
the beauty that dances.
Behind the veils
intoxicated with love
I too dance the rhythm
of this moving world.

According to Wikipedia this pretty kind of daffodil isn't only cultivated as a lovely garden flower but also for its essential oil, narcissus oil, one of the most popular fragrances used in perfumes. Guess who -again!- didn't think to take a smell ;-)
When I took off a gauze from the head, I cut the wrong place ,and Bond ( glue) was a little bit weak, so I am going to make it again,
But I look at this photo several times, they seem to have a black-market arrangement . uuuum difficult.
