- infilzarle con stecchino per spiedini
- in un pentolino stretto e con fondo alto far bollire 250 g di zucchero in un bicchiere d'acqua e un cucchiaio di miele
- una volta arrivata a 100° la temperatura del composto, aggiungere una bustina di vanillina, un cucchiaino di cannella e il colorante per dolci
(volendo si possono aggiungere anche i chiodi di garofano)
- quando la temperatura arriva a 140°, si possono far caramellare le mele
attenzione: la temperatura del composto varia facilmente, pertanto lo zucchero potrebbe addensare in maniera malsana!
