Ensaio Pinup em estudio

Today's airbrushed style pinup photo features Gelsey in this Coca Cola pinup! From the 1930s into the 1940s, Coca Cola pushed the 'Coca Cola Girl' into their advertising quite heavily. Often doing some everyday task from working in a factory, serving in the military, or even playing at the beach with the gals always taking a break from their current task to have a Coke (in order to 'Refresh' themselves before continuing on with that task). This retro advertisement is part of the ongoing Coca Cola original ad recreations. The colors, fonts, language, and graphics of these have been meticulously researched and recreated to match the original style of the advertisements.

It's been a long while since I've posted a Coca Cola pinup... Today's airbrushed style pinup photo features Brittnee in this Coca Cola pinup! Often doing some everyday task from working in a factory, serving in the military, or even playing at the beach with the gals always taking a break from their current task to have a Coke (in order to 'Refresh' themselves before continuing on with that task). Today's airbrushed style pinup photo features Brittnee inside an iconic WW2 classic... the Willys Jeep! "Hello? General? I suppose this chariot of green will do for my needs... but does it comes with diamonds?"

Answering a call from the US Army for automobile makers to replace the ageing WW1 vehicles in the face of the upcoming WW2 conflict, two different companies jumped into process. Only 11 days later, bids were received by Willys-Overland Motors, American Bantam, and eventually the Ford Motor Company. Bantam won the contract, but couldn't sustain production need for war and as such Willys and Ford were given the blueprints to develop and improve upon Bantam's design. Each company made their own version of the Bantam design in 1941 and began to produce their own models (Willys making the 'MA': 'M'ilitary model 'A' and Ford making the 'GP': 'G'eneral 'P'urpose). In mid-1941 the government decided to select one of the companies to produce their vehicle in order to standardize production. Willys won the contract after improving upon the earlier model and incorporating the best parts of the Bantam and Ford designs. The resulting vehicle was called the 'MB' (Military model B). When Willys couldn't keep up with the demand, Ford was asked to help produce the MBs which were then called GPW (General Purpose Willys). Willys produced over 360,000 MBs and ford produced over 280,000 GPWs.

Today's airbrushed style pinup photo features Kayla on the wing of a North American P-51D Mustang! When Kayla was told she'd be doing some photos for YANK magazine for the boys serving overseas, she never imagined she'd be on the wing of a fighter plane only in her undergarments! But knowing that these photos could help keep the GIs going is worth every second!

Another shot of Denmark (wonderful model).

Shot with a Canon 7D at f6.3, 1/60 sec, ISO 100 and a 24-70mm F2.8 lens. A little Lightroom 3 and it's done.

Today's airbrushed style pinup photo introduces a brand new face to Dietz Dolls, presenting Kirsten in this vintage United Airlines stewardess pinup! While this is a bit more revealing than the standard post-WW2 stewardess uniform for United in the late 1940s, it's not that too far off. The color of the uniform was a sort of grey with a hint of blue. Here Kirsten takes a moments pause to check her makeup before her flight on the DC-3 behind her begins to board.

Today's airbrushed style pinup photo features Gelsey in this P-40 Warhawk Hula pinup! It's wartime out in North Africa at an airbase filled with P-40 Warhawks, but that doesn't stop Gelsey from pretending like it's somewhere in the Pacific Theater at a tropical hideaway as she entertains the pilots and crews with a Hawaiian Ukulele Hula!

Today's airbrushed style pinup photo features Crystal (who's celebrating a birthday today!) in this first Halloween pinup of 2021! It's tough being a witch around Halloween, especially a beautiful one like Crystal, as everything seems to be attracted to her... especially the unwanted kind!

Today's brand new Dietz Dolls pinup artwork is another tribute in the style of Bill Randall with ‘Oh Deer!’!

"Joy strolled outside in her holiday best,

Maroon velvet dress molded tight to her chest.

A cheeky deer through the hem looked like hay,

Tugged it up high-now she's blushing away!"
