Halloween is not celebrated here much in Australia and there is a shortage of carving pumpkins. (Its not autumn here but Spring!!) So wanting to do the Jack o lantern thing I thought to my self what could I use instead of a pumpkin. I came up with a navel orange which I think turned out not to bad Happy Halloween Everyone!!

Day 249 16/12/08 Tomorrow is my daughters class party after much discussion amongst her class mates they decided I should make a gingerbread house. So here it is!!

For those who are not aware I have had my eighteen and half year old cat to the Vet as she has been poorly. Well the news is good she is still kicking she still has a small skin cancer on her nose and a heart murmur as well as a over active thyroid The vet seems to think that heart and thyroid are connected and medication will fix this. She also has ulcers on here tongue and will need a special mushy Diet for awhile. This cat has been through a lot as she also has three legs a true fighter!! For more info go to the My Possum Cat photo on my photostream. So today's photo is dedicated to Possum who will not have seen the sun for 2 days and the flowers!! Possum you rock!!
