My dear friend Molly. God has blessed us each with 4 children, all of which line up perfectly in age and sex - instant friends! Since moving to our town a few years ago we've developed a close bond and walked through some major ups and downs together. While 30 weeks pregnant with her baby boy she was diagnosed with breast cancer. After undergoing a single mastectomy at that time and then months of chemo following the healthy birth of her baby, here she stands. She's amazing and so is God's faithfulness. On Sunday she texted me, "I know this is crazy, but I'm going to be on the Today Show on Wednesday with Joan Lunden to kick off breast cancer awareness month with #pinkpower!" I was floored! And knew we just had to go out the next day and do a "bald, bold, and beautiful" photoshoot. Until this point she had always kept a covering on her hairless head. This day we captured the natural beauty of a true survivor.

This 1955 McCormick Farmall 300 that was on display at the 2016 Silverstein FireFest Car Show. This is a tractor with both a cause and a message. The Tractor was restored for Kathy Buxton is a Survivor by Rick and Brad Buxton. The tractor is a touching tribute with an encouraging message. This tractor was in pink as a reminder of Breast Cancer Awareness. It appeared at the 2016 Annual Firefest Vintage Fire Engine and Hot Rod Show held in Independence Missouri. Tractor Series #4
The 1955 International Harvester McCormick FARMALL 300 tractor was manufactured by International Harvester and had a 2.8L 4-cyl gasoline engine. In 1956 this tractor listed for $2,900. Between 1955 through 1956 only 29,077 were made.
In 1955 International Harvester introduced the numbered or so-called Hundred series tractors appeared. The Hundred series models used numbers instead of letters to identify the model. The new models were given slightly different looks and a few new features, but were still essentially the famed Letter series tractors. The Farmall Cub continued unchanged, but in 1955 a new 'low-boy' version was added, featuring a shortened 62.5-inch wheelbase and a frame eight inches lower than the regular Cub tractor, which improved the machine's center of gravity. 1956 saw the introduction of the IH Model 350, which offered engines using a variety of commonly available fuels: gasoline, diesel, or LP-gas. The diesel engine version had a direct-start feature, and could be started and run using only diesel fuel.[12]In 1957, IH again gave the tractor lineup an overhaul. Although the basic design was still not changed to any significant degree, new white paint was added to the front grille and sides, new engines were introduced, and new number designations were added. Along with these additions, the Torque Amplifier was added to the Model 300 and all larger models. This provided on-the-go shifting to suit varied needs; the operator was offered ten forward gears and two reverse, instead of the usual five and one. Another addition to these tractors was the independent ("live") power take-off (PTO), which meant that the farmer could run the PTO even when the clutch was disengaged (clutch pedal pushed down). Although the new tractors did improve sales, IH's innate conservatism and reluctance to update their tractor line in response to changing times was becoming apparent.

The Melbourne Cup is Australia's major annual thoroughbred horse race. Billed as The race that stops a nation, it is for three-year-olds and over, and covers a distance of 3,200 metres. It is generally regarded as the most prestigious "two-mile" handicap in the world. The event is held on the first Tuesday in November by the Victoria Racing Club, on the Flemington Racecourse in Melbourne. This day was traditionally only a public holiday within metropolitan Melbourne, but is now also observed as a holiday in the entire state of Victoria, and since 2007 also in the Australian Capital Territory[1].
The race was originally held over two miles (about 3,218 metres) but following preparation for Australia's adoption of the metric system in the 1970s, the current race distance of 3,200 metres was established in 1972. This reduced the distance by 61ft 6in, and Rain Lover's 1968 race record of 3min.19.1sec was accordingly adjusted to 3min.17.9sec. The present record holder is the 1990 winner Kingston Rule with a time of 3min 16.3sec.
The 2007 winner was Efficient, ridden by Michael Rodd, trained by Graeme Rogerson and owned by Lloyd Williams. Efficient became the first horse since Phar Lap to win the Victoria Derby, then the Melbourne Cup the following year.
The 2008 winner was Viewed, ridden by Blake Shinn, trained by Bart Cummings. [2]

Day 145 23/08/08 Magno Girl is not afraid of heights but her dodgy photographer is. I did consider jumping on the trampoline yesterday with Magno and Max but felt having two dickey ankles and holding a camera and trying to focus on an object while jumping was not looking real good. The other thing having to ring work and telling them that I sprained both my ankles at once again could be really embarrassing!! So Magno does do heights but I don't.

No, I am not from the US, but I find it seriously ridicules that some people feel the need to take away rights from people, rights that they would not be willing to give up themselves.
Seriously, why would you make a big deal out of two people loving each other and deny them the right to get married just because they happen to be boy/boy or girl/girl? Does it hurt you if they would get married? Does it take away your right to get married? Does it involve you at all? NO! SO get your fucking nose out of other peoples business and give them the right we are all entitled to have!
If I want to marry someone that is MY business and nobody else's and if I want to marry a girl that I should be able to. It should not be about getting married to someone of the same sex but to someone you love deeply.
To all the girls and guys who are effected by this, my heart goes out to you and I wish I could do something to bash those idiots and make them give everyone the same right. In the end, we are all people and what we do between the sheets is nobodies business but our own. I cant believe they even asked the vote on this, this should be a constitutional right for everyone and it should not be taken away from anyone. Besides, we dont ask the gay people to vote for the not gay people either, so why should we do it the other way around??
