Here is the 'progress report' on the one transplanted pine tree which is planted in our front yard. This one as taken very well judging by the abundance of new shoots.
Day # 18
Sunday...Rest
This shot was taken on day 14 while camping at Warm River. I hate all the forest fire smoke....but it does make for some great sunrises and sets. and as said before....didn't take my bike camping, but it was a very enjoyable and productive early morning photo walk.

Two juvenile mourning doves were "hiding" from me while I was doing some gardening. Not the smartest of birds, so hopefully they'll manage to stay out of the clutches of predators... Andover, NJ
I have always thought snow on a pine bough was so pretty :))
This is the first time it has snowed at our house (Alabama, southeast USA) since 1993 - WOW

Vancouver has been sitting under a blanket of fog for some time now. It is cold and clammy and every surface is wet and almost always dripping. At night, when I walk Dixie, I have been noticing that the pine tree near the driveway is sparkly with water droplets. So, last night, I took my camera down and tried a few shots. In the dark, I couldn't focus, so I had to use the flash, which defeated the purpose. I will try again, if the fog continues.
This was taken this morning when it was snow pretty good ...we ended up getting 6 inches of snow but the snow has stopped now ...if it looks grainy its because it was snowing..Have a great night every one !! hugs!!
